James Craig is a Dallas native who has deep roots in West Texas, where his mother was raised and many family member still call home. Now James has returned to his roots and calls West Texas home. As a former opera singer, James understands the trials and tribulations that befall the human experience, and therefore is uniquely suited to assist you with an array of legal issues.
James handles issues ranging from divorce and child custody to criminal defense as well as real estate, oil and gas, and general litigation. James has served the public as the Lynn County Attorney and maintained a successful private practice. James has represented clients in a range of issues through his career, and you can be assured that with James as your attorney, your rights and needs will the first priority.
In addition to his law practice, James is very active in his local church as a Sunday school teacher and choir director and serves as the current as the Assistant Governor of Rotary and Pioneer Museum Board Member. Furthermore, James was a founding member and past president of the Tahoka Area Chamber of Commerce, past president of Rotary, past board member of the Lynn County Hospital District, and a past board member of the Tahoka Pioneer Museum. The experience and unique background that James presents makes him a great asset to his clients and the firm.
